The work explores the theme of identity. Who are we? How do we integrate our past and traditions into our present? Do they still have a place in the world today? Are we perhaps too attached to the past, holding on to it so tightly that it affects our present? Does this create a duality that may appear humorous from the outside, or is this, in fact, our new identity—one we should learn to accept?
