This is an exhibition about the invisible.

About what we are, or what passes through us as a state of being, but which we consciously cannot express or explain.

About the journey as a process rather than a destination. About letting go. About the peace and beauty that can be found in the unknown.

I am interested in translating emotion into a visual form, without the need for it to be specific or descriptive. In this sense, I, as an artist — or rather, as a human being — become a conduit for ideas and sensations that I myself cannot explain or put into words, but feel with my entire being.

I feel no need to explain them. If I did, they would lose part of their meaning. Human language is limited. Some things simply do not need words.

It simply is.

We simply are.

I am.

The moment has passed, but artifacts of its existence remain — traces of something that happened, something that was felt, and that can no longer be repeated.

These artifacts do not offer answers. They leave space.

You are invited to share that space and, together, to find a new meaning — in our own human way.

The title of the exhibition is inspired by the text accompanying Julian Tabakov’s exhibition “Genesis,” translated by Zornitsa Hristova.
